What is Offline Captioning?

Offline captioning, also known as Post Production Captioning, are
captions placed on pre-recorded programs.

What do we need from you?

We will need your video with time codes, MP3 or audio files.

How does it work?

First, we transcribe the audio, break the text in to individual
captions, caption the video using specific time codes,
professionally proofread, and finally, encode the captions on to a
new videotape referred as the "master tape."

How soon can you expect the master tape to be completed?

Since every project is different, please allow a minimum of three
business days to receive your final tape.

What other formats can I receive my master tape in?

BETASP, DV, DV CAM, DVC PRO, and DVD,

* Subtitling and duplication services are also available. *
