What is Offline Captioning?

Offline captioning, also known as Post Production Captioning, are
captions placed on pre-recorded programs.

What do we need from you?

We will need your video file with/or without transcript via e-mail or file transfer.

How does it work?

First, we transcribe the audio, break the text in to individual
captions, caption the video using specific time codes,
professionally proofread, and finally, encode the captions.
You will receive a .SCC file unless requested otherwise.

How soon can you expect the video file to be completed?

Since every project is different, please allow a minimum of three
to five business days to receive your video file.
